Las Vegas Streep's outdoor shopping scene debuts in December

The Grand Bazaar Shop, an outdoor shopping area filled with 110 stores, four full-service restaurants and 20 grab-and-go culinary concepts, will open in front of the strip casino in late December.

Developer Larry Siegel said, "There's a lot of shopping behind the walls of the casino, and we wanted to bring shopping back to the streets so that shoppers could walk up and down, shop windows, buy, and have a shopping experience unlike anywhere else in Las Vegas."

Siegel said he has been closely monitoring shopping patterns for years and wanted to bring interactive and experiential retail to one of the planet's busiest corners south of Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard.  슬롯사이트

He said, "We will bring in unique tenants and hope that they will not only sell products but also interact with consumers in real time, forcing shoppers to roam around."

The Grand Bazaar Shop's tenant list includes familiar names like Swarovski, Alex, and Ani, along with Del Sol, which sells color-changing T-shirts and accessories under the sun, and Gratiae, an Israeli organic skincare company.

Siegel said that in order to form a tenant union, we need to find unique and interesting retail and restaurants to go abroad.

"It's really about looking at examples of bazaars around the world and putting the best of all of them together," Siegel said. "They're just places for shopping, but we wanted interactivity and experience."
